To encourage and inspire, with imagination, all that our historic downtown Manchester can be, through arts and cultural activities. This all volunteer organization plans events throughout the year, with their main calendar offerings once a month from May through September. Crafters, vendors, artisans, musicians, makers, dancers, actors, poets and those who love the arts will be engaged with the community at these events. Published dates and information will be made available at various town-wide locations at least one week prior to the events. For information, go to the website or the Facebook page.

The mission of the Manchester Symphony and Chorale (MSOC) is to:

Promote the performance of quality orchestral and choral music on a non-profit basis;
Enhance the enjoyment and enrichment of its members;
Contribute to the furtherance of the performing arts in the community; and
Serve as an educational force in the Town of Manchester and surrounding areas, especially for young instrumentalists and singers.

Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale, based in Manchester, Connecticut, is a community-based arts organization governed by a board of directors with elected officers. We were incorporated in 1979 as a non-profit, tax exempt organization pursuant to Section 501(c) (3) of the IRS code. Our board meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
